Our People Operations team shapes Fever’s people strategy to attract, support, and grow our people and make the company a top-performer. The Role 
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.
What You’ll Do

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening job applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the hiring teams</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Work closely with hiring managers in helping them define the recruitment process</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Provide a world-class candidate experience</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Communicate feedback effectively to applicants</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Spread the Fever message by attending virtual job fairs, e-meetups, etc</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth</li>

Who You Are

<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Inquisitive nature: being analytical and creative helps you to find talent for any role</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Strong stakeholder manager: excellent communication skills, unbeatable market insight, and proven expertise up to director level help drive decisions through data and reporting</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Eager to learn and help: you understand the overall goal of your team and not just your own objectives</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">+3 years of experience, preferably including in-house within a similar tech or related industry player. Experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a similar field</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">C1 or Native English and Spanish level, other languages are a plus</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Experience working with ATS systems (Greenhouse would be a plus)</li>
<li style="font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;">Unsurpassable networking skills and the ability to create smart recruiting partnerships</li>
