The ROSS Group is a well\-established specialist Engineering and Construction services company, known for delivering high\-quality engineering solutions across multiple sectors including advanced technologies, data centres, pharmaceutical and biotechnology, medical technologies, science and education and energy.

We're adding a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment activity as the business continues to grow. You'll work directly alongside our senior recruitment team, supporting live roles from first search through to offer, and taking ownership of your own vacancies as you settle in.

The work covers professional, technical and specialist hiring across Ireland, mainland Europe and the USA. A lot of it sits in data centre and mission\-critical environments, so you'll be sourcing project managers, engineers, commissioning specialists, commercial staff and operations managers. Experience in that space is useful, but it isn't essential. We'll bring you up to speed on the technical side if you're a strong recruiter with the right attitude.

The role is set up as hybrid from our Dublin office, and we're open to fully remote for the right person. If you can do the job well, we're not hung up on where you sit.

What you'll be doing

  • Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and our internal database

  • Screening and qualifying candidates against role briefs

  • Writing and posting job adverts across job boards, LinkedIn and industry channels

  • Formatting CVs and preparing candidate summaries for client submission

  • Coordinating interviews and keeping candidates updated through the process

  • Building and maintaining talent pipelines for recurring roles

  • Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date

  • Supporting compliance, right to work and onboarding documentation for international placements

  • Providing pipeline and activity updates to the team

  • Taking ownership of your own roles end to end as you gain experience
About you
  • Around 3 to 5 years' recruitment experience, agency or in\-house

  • Construction, engineering, mechanical and electrical or data centre background preferred, though we'll consider strong recruiters from other technical sectors

  • Comfortable working several live roles at once without dropping anything

  • Confident picking up the phone and getting candidates talking

  • Good working knowledge of ATS or CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Strong written English, since you'll be writing ads and candidate profiles

  • Self\-motivated enough to work remotely if that's the setup

  • Any exposure to international or multi\-region hiring is a bonus
