We handle the complex (technology, compliance, and partnerships with highly-rated insurance carriers), so they can focus on serving their customers and growing their business.</p></div><p>As Authentic scales, we need a Recruiter who can own hiring end-to-end. This isn’t a role where you coordinate interviews and wait for decisions — you’ll drive searches from kickoff to close, build pipelines across functions, and be a real partner to hiring managers. You’ll report to the Head of People and work closely with leaders across the business.</p>
<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Own full-cycle recruiting across all functions — sourcing, screening, coordinating, closing</li>
<li>Build and manage pipelines for roles spanning engineering, product, operations, sales, and corporate functions</li>
<li>Source proactively through LinkedIn, networks, and creative outreach — not just inbound applicants</li>
<li>Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand each role, calibrate on candidates, and move quickly without sacrificing quality</li>
<li>Own the candidate experience from first touch to offer, making every interaction reflect well on Authentic</li>
<li>Maintain clean data and reporting in our ATS (Greenhouse) so we always know where things stand</li>
<li>Contribute to employer branding and how we show up to candidates in the market</li>

<p><strong>Who You Are</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally at an insurtech, fintech, or tech company</li>
<li>Comfortable hiring across the board — technical and non-technical roles</li>
<li>A strong sourcer who doesn’t wait for applicants to come to you</li>
<li>Sharp communicator with high emotional intelligence — candidates and hiring managers both trust you</li>
<li>Organized and process-oriented without being rigid; you know when to move fast and when to slow down</li>
<li>Experienced with Greenhouse </li>
<li>Based in New York and excited to be in-office with the team</li>
</ul>
<p>The base salary range for this position is $105,000–$120,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
