Talent Acquisition Manager

<p>Lola Blankets is a fast-growing comfort and lifestyle brand on a mission to make the world a cozier place. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team.</p>
<p>As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own full-cycle recruiting across a range of functions at Lola Blankets - including Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and more. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across the business to run structured, efficient hiring processes: sourcing strong candidates, keeping pipelines moving, and delivering a consistently excellent experience at every stage. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves the craft of recruiting and takes pride in filling roles with people who raise the bar.</p>

<p><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Full-Cycle Recruiting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage end-to-end recruiting for roles across functions including Commercial, Product, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and more</li>
<li>Source candidates proactively through Lola’s Careers page, outbound outreach, referrals, and job boards</li>
<li>Run intake meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines</li>
<li>Guide candidates from first contact through offer, maintaining a high-quality experience at every stage</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Hiring Process & Stakeholder Management</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage structured interview processes for each role in partnership with hiring managers</li>
<li>Brief and coordinate interviewers on evaluation criteria, ensuring consistent and fair assessments</li>
<li>Keep hiring timelines on track through proactive pipeline management and clear communication</li>
<li>Serve as a reliable partner to department leads, keeping them informed and aligned throughout the process</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Talent Operations & Systems</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain clean, accurate data in Greenhouse - including requisition setup, pipeline stages, and candidate records</li>
<li>Follow established recruiting workflows, scorecards, and offer processes consistently</li>
<li>Support job description updates and manage job posting distribution across LinkedIn and other platforms</li>
<li>Flag recurring process gaps or friction points to the Director of Talent Acquisition</li>
</ul>
<p>This is a hybrid role that will report to the Talent Acquisition Director. You’ll be in our office 3 days per week in Brooklyn, with flexibility as to which days you’re there. </p>
<p><strong><br>Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>3-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a startup or high-growth environment</li>
<li>Experience hiring across multiple functions; comfort context-switching between different role types and stakeholders</li>
<li>Hands-on experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously without dropping quality</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with candidates and hiring managers alike</li>
<li>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward proactive communication</li>
<li>Comfortable with ambiguity and able to operate independently in a fast-moving environment</li>
