Responsibilities:

• Managing recruitment processes from A to Z (screening, interviews, follow\-up);


• Creating and publishing job advertisements on various platforms;


• Conducting interviews in Portuguese and English;


• Ensuring an excellent candidate experience;


• Collaborating with hiring managers to identify profiles suited to the needs of the business;


• Updating and managing the candidate database.

• 2 to 3 years' experience in recruitment and selection.

• A love of dynamic environments and contact with multiple stakeholders.

• The applicant must already be residing in Portugal
