Our client is based in Southampton, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the recruitment team are looking for additional support.
Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job specifications.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting.
- Conduct market research to stay informed of trends within the professional services industry.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the organisation's presence in the London job market.
A successful Talent Acquisition Consultant should have:
