  • Hybrid working with a blended approach – 80% home\-based and 20% from our Stratford\-upon\-Avon office

About the role
------------------

This is an excellent new opportunity to support NFU Mutual’s award\-winning Talent Acquisition team on a 12\-month fixed term contract basis. As a Co\-ordinator, you’ll provide essential support across the end\-to\-end recruitment process, ensuring vacancies are set up accurately and managed in line with agreed processes. You’ll play a key part in coordinating interviews and assessments, managing schedules, preparing materials and issuing communications to ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Strong time management and attention to detail are key, as you’ll be handling a range of tasks that require careful coordination and consistency.

You’ll be a confident communicator, both written and verbal, able to build effective relationships and provide clear, professional support to stakeholders at all levels. You’ll bring resilience and a proactive mindset, remaining calm under pressure and taking accountability for delivering high\-quality outcomes.

We’re also looking for someone who shows initiative and isn’t afraid to get involved, suggest improvements or step in to support the wider team when needed. You’ll be adaptable and open to change, with a flexible approach that allows you to respond positively to evolving priorities.

To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate the following (essential):

  • Experience working in a fast\-paced corporate environment (regulated sector preferred)

  • Experience in coordination\-based roles, including diary and scheduling management

  • Experience capturing, analysing and reporting on data, including MI and KBIs
