About the role:

We’re growing fast and looking for a Systems \& Supply Chain Co‑ordinator to support the smooth day\-to\-day running of our supply chain and operational systems.

This is a hands\-on, detail\-driven role where you’ll co\-ordinate stock, suppliers and deliveries while ensuring our systems and data remain accurate, reliable and efficient. You’ll play a key role in supporting our bakeries and helping us scale with confidence.

As Systems \& Supply Chain Co\-ordinator you will:

• Co\-ordinate purchasing, stock replenishment and supplier orders


• Monitor stock levels and support effective stock control


• Build strong day\-to\-day relationships with suppliers and resolve issues quickly


• Support demand planning, reporting and new bakery openings


• Maintain accurate data across our systems (WRS Stockade \& Kafoodle)


• Investigate discrepancies and improve processes and data accuracy


• Provide first\-line systems support to our bakery teams


• Support continuous improvement across supply chain processes and systems

• Experience in supply chain, operations or co\-ordination roles


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Confident working with data, systems and Excel


• A proactive, solutions\-focused mindset


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment


• Ability to travel to our Head Office in Paulton


• Full UK driving licence
