What You'll do:

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and, preferably, Linux systems.


• Manage and support virtualized infrastructures using VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper\-V.


• Administer and maintain Veeam Backup \& Replication and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 solutions.


• Manage and optimize backup, retention, immutability, and recovery policies.


• Troubleshoot and resolve backup and data recovery incidents.


• Support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) strategies.


• Administer core infrastructure services, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.


• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and reports.

Who You Are:

• You have 5\+ years of experience in Systems Administration within enterprise environments.


• You possess strong hands\-on experience with Veeam (mandatory).


• You have experience managing VMware and/or Microsoft Hyper\-V environments.


• You have solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies and systems administration.


• You are skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex backup and infrastructure issues.


• You have experience working with backup, data protection, and recovery solutions.


• You are familiar with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity best practices.


• You have strong documentation skills and a structured, process\-oriented approach.


• You are a proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
