System Verification Engineer (Expert) - F/M/X
We are looking for a System Verification Engineer to join an in-house software development team within the Electrical & Software Architecture domain.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about testing, verification, fault tracing, and software quality, with a hands-on approach and strong problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities
Perform V3 testing in HIL rigs and BoxBus environments
Conduct fault tracing and root cause analysis
Design, develop, execute, and report test cases based on system requirements
Support bug fixing and validation activities
Ensure software quality and release readiness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or equivalent
4–6 years of experience in system testing and verification
Strong experience with:
Python and/or CAPL programming
CANoe / CANalyzer tools
HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing environments
Experience in fault tracing and debugging
Familiarity with CI/CD environments and AI-driven workflows
Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the automotive industry
Exposure to bodybuilder interface systems (BBM, BIM, BIO)
Previous experience with CAN-based communication systems
Background in similar large-scale engineering environments
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Self-driven with ability to take initiative
Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
T-shaped profile (broad knowledge with deep expertise in key areas)

Salary range: From 46,667 SEK to 56,667 SEK
The stated salary falls within the established salary range for the position and is determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility, in accordance with our policy of fair and non-discriminatory compensation.
