System R&D Engineer

In this role, you will:

• Participate in NP(Navigation Pilot) product delivery to multiple OEM mass production to free run across multi\-nations in EU.


• Be responsible for the specific functional implementation and performance of autonomous driving systems in certain urban and highway scenarios, especially EU\-unique scenarios.


• Participate in improving state\-of\-the\-art data driven model autonomous driving system. Design and promote the implementation of data\-driven system analysis test plans, set up the system of problem discovery and test verification, and improve SW improvement iteration efficiency;


• Based on experience and performance, make contribution to the overall system architecture design.

We would like you to have:

• Relevant work experience in autonomous driving/robotics/computer vision; have participated in or been responsible for one or several modules related to autonomous driving, module integration;


• Very interested in large\-scale mass production of autonomous driving systems.


• Experience in data\-driven deep\-learning based model development, e.g. Data mining, Data cleaning, Model training and validataion.


• Have complex software system design deployment experience;


• Strong structured, systematic thinking and ability; given a problem and requirement, able to quickly decompose the problem and propose a solution.


• Familiar with software development related tools like Git, Docker or similar.


• Experience with programming languages C\+\+ and Python.


• Strong coordination ability, sense of responsibility, clear logic.


• Understand EU specific traffic rules and local driving behavior. Driving licenses in EU nations is a plus.
