System Engineer – Requirements & Design

Our client, a company operating in the defense sector, is looking for a System Engineer to support the definition, documentation and traceability of system requirements within a complex engineering environment.
You will contribute to system design activities and work closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout the development lifecycle.
Your responsibilities
Write, review and maintain system requirements.
Support system architecture and design activities.
Ensure traceability between requirements, design elements and verification activities.
Participate in technical reviews and alignment meetings.
Produce and maintain clear engineering documentation.
Collaborate with software, hardware, validation and project teams.
Profile / Requirements
--------------------------
Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
Between 3 and 8 years of experience in systems engineering.
Experience in requirements definition and management.
Good understanding of system development processes.
Knowledge of SysML and system modelling practices.
Structured, analytical and comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams.
Experience in a regulated, industrial or safety\-critical environment is an asset.
Mandatory requirements
Fluent French.
On\-site presence at least four days per week.
