Accountabilities

  • Analyze, document, and continuously improve payment infrastructure, acquiring platforms, and banking integrations.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements, technical specifications, workflows, and solution designs.

  • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with strategic objectives.

  • Support the integration of new payment providers, banking partners, and third-party services.

  • Define API requirements, data flows, system workflows, integration logic, and acceptance criteria for new and existing initiatives.

  • Review technical implementation details, including API contracts, data models, logs, and technical documentation where appropriate.

  • Identify opportunities to improve scalability, automation, operational efficiency, and system reliability.

  • Produce and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process diagrams, user stories, and technical notes.

  • Validate delivered solutions, clarify requirements throughout development, and contribute to successful product delivery.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Solution Analyst, or in a similar role, ideally within fintech, banking, payments, or financial services.

  • Strong experience documenting business processes, system integrations, APIs, technical workflows, and solution designs.

  • Solid understanding of payment processing, card acquiring, banking integrations, or financial infrastructure.

  • Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams in agile product environments.

  • Good knowledge of cloud-based architectures, with exposure to AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora DB, SQS, EventBridge, or similar technologies considered an advantage.

  • Ability to analyze APIs, technical documentation, system behavior, and data flows, with basic understanding of code logic being a plus.

  • Proficiency with documentation and modeling tools such as Jira, Confluence, BPMN, UML, or sequence diagrams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

  • Proactive mindset, strong ownership, and experience leveraging AI tools to improve analysis, documentation, research, or problem-solving.
