Lead one of Europe's largest and most commercially ambitious marketing organizations. As the Senior Vice President Marketing , you own the strategy, operating standard, and commercial impact of a 150\-person team across markets, a €200M\+ annual budget , and a direct line to the Group CEO .
The mandate is clear: build the European benchmark marketing function for the category . One that pairs brand authority with relentless performance discipline, treats AI and automation as core operating infrastructure rather than initiatives, and converts every euro into measurable commercial outcome. We want a leader equally fluent in narrative and numbers, in brand thinking and unit economics, in long arc strategy and weekly execution. This is a defining seat in the company's next phase of European growth.

What you will own
- Lead and scale an international marketing organization of \~150 FTE across multiple markets and senior leadership layers
- Own and optimize a yearly marketing budget of €200M\+ with direct accountability for growth, marketing efficiency, customer acquisition economics, and measurable business impact
- Drive an integrated marketing strategy across brand and performance marketing, balancing long\-term brand equity with commercial activation and revenue growth
- Build a high\-performance organization focused on accountability, operational excellence, talent development, and execution quality
- Establish AI, automation, experimentation, and data as core enablers of marketing effectiveness and scalable decision\-making
- Partner closely with Product, Tech, Finance, and Sales leadership and report directly to the Group CEO

What we are looking for
- Proven experience leading large\-scale international marketing organizations with significant budget responsibility (€200M\+)
- Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes in high\-growth, performance\-oriented environments
- Deep expertise across both brand and performance marketing, with the ability to connect strategic positioning with acquisition efficiency and revenue impact
- Highly analytical and commercially driven mindset with strong understanding of modern marketing technology, data infrastructure, AI\-enabled workflows, and experimentation frameworks
- Experienced leader of senior management teams with strong operational rigor and execution focus
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at executive level
- Business\-fluent English, written and spoken
