Our charity headquarters and forward operating base are located at Rochester Airport, with our aircraft hangar and maintained at Redhill Aerodrome. When the call comes, we can reach any part of Kent, Surrey or Sussex in under 30 minutes.

Main Purpose of Role:
At KSS we are passionate about delivering the best possible experience for our supporters, and this position plays an important role in ensuring that our supporter service drives commitment to our charity and long-term value. This role handles a variety of contact with our supporters, handling donations and income-related reports, responding to calls, emails and post, and ensuring our database remains accurate.
