Supported Living Officer
Key Details:
This position is based in Salford. Contracted 40 hours (Monday\-Friday).
All canditates are required to have a FULL UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Summery:
We are currently seeking a Supported Living Officer to join our growing team in Salford. This rewarding role is central to delivering high\-quality, person\-centred support to vulnerable adults within our supported living services. Working closely with residents, you will promote independence, develop life skills, and enhance overall well\-being while fostering a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate support plans and liaise with external agencies to facilitate residents' independence.
- Monitor and review individual support plans, making adjustments as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate records using Yardi software to track service delivery and resident progress.
- Assist in resolving conflicts or issues through effective negotiation and communication.
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and best practices.
- Support the company's growth strategy by actively participating in community engagement initiatives.
- Proven experience in supported living or social care environments.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs within the supported living sector
- Strong negotiation skills for conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Compassionate approach with a passion for supporting vulnerable individuals.
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
