At Godfrey Care, we support people to live fulfilling, independent lives. We're looking for a Deputy Manager to join our established Supported Living Service in Brimington, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
Working alongside the Service Manager, you'll help lead the team, maintain high standards of care, and ensure the service continues to deliver safe, person\-centred support.

- Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs
- Previous experience in a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or supervisory role
- Knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Understanding of person\-centred care and positive behaviour support
- Level 3 Diploma in Health \& Social Care

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
