At Hollybank Trust, we're looking for caring and committed Support Workers to join our team supporting adults with complex disabilities to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.

The Sycamores is an eight bedroom, fully accessible home, located in the heart of South Kirkby.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highquality, personcentred support tailored to individual needs

  • Support adults with daily living activities while promoting independence and choice in all areas

  • Encourage participation in community activities and meaningful experiences

  • Maintain dignity, respect, and positive relationships at all times

  • Work in line with Hollybank Trust's principles, behaviours, and care standards

  • Contribute to a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment

  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and other professionals
What We're Looking For
  • A genuine commitment to supporting adults with complex disabilities

  • A caring, patient, and respectful approach

  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow guidance from senior staff

  • Willingness to learn and undertake relevant training

  • Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude
Previous experience in a care or support setting is desirable but not essential

We will pay for your initial DBS check, unless you have a portable DBS, however, if the candidate leaves voluntarily within the first 12 months, £58\.90 will be deducted from your final salary payment.
