You would support a person with learning disabilities and possibly severe mental health conditions.
Typical responsibilities:
Develop and maintain daily living skills to help our service users to identify the assistance they require to enable them to live as independently as possible
· ·Support our service users in maintaining relationships with families, carers and friends.
· Reintegrate into the community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
· Manage and supporting individual’s medication, ensuring health and wellbeing.
· Participate in activities they enjoy, promoting engagement and personal fulfilment.
· Explore new hobbies and leisure interests, encouraging creativity and fun.
· Access education, training, or personal development opportunities to build skills and confidence.
· Assist with prescribed medication, in line with the company’s policy and procedure.
· Stay safe in their home and community, providing guidance and reassurance as needed.
· Following care plans and supporting wellbeing
What we look for:
· Experienced in working with vulnerable individuals (a background in dealing with complex and forensic background is highly advantageous.

Education:
Level 2 Health and Social Care NVQ
Job Type: Full\-time, Part\-time
Pay: £12\.80 per hour
