Support Worker

We are a family\-owned care company looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as full\-time and part\-time Support Workers, providing high\-quality care and support to clients across the Doncaster area.

Our clients include adults with learning disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries. The role involves providing both practical and emotional support while promoting independence and enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives within their local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting clients with daily living activities.


• Encouraging independence and promoting choice.


• Accompanying clients on community outings, including shopping, bowling, cinema trips, and day excursions.


• Providing emotional support and building positive, trusting relationships.


• Working independently while maintaining high standards of care.

About You:

• Caring, patient, compassionate, and reliable.


• Flexible and able to adapt to the individual needs of clients.


• Confident working independently.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Previous care experience is essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Care Certificate or Level 2 or above in Health \& Social Care


• Full UK driving licence.


• Access to your own vehicle.


• Business\-use motor insurance.


• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
