Support worker

Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in need. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well\-being and comfort of our clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

We are a small 6 bedroom supported living home in Minsterworth, supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health.

Responsibilities:
\- Provide personal care and support to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
\- Assist with medication administration as directed by healthcare professionals
\- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
\- Assist with meal preparation
\- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
\- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for clients

Qualifications:
\- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required
\- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
\- Compassionate and patient demeanor
\- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
\- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or client needs

Rate: £12\.71 week days. £13\.40 Weekends
