Job Overview

Pure Line Care Services Ltd is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide high\-quality care and support to adults in their own homes and supported living settings across Leeds.

This role involves supporting individuals with daily living, personal care, and community access, helping them to live safely, independently, and with dignity. You will work with people who may have mental health needs, physical disabilities, long\-term conditions, or age\-related needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide person\-centered support in line with individual care plans and risk assessments


• Assist with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, continence care, and mobility support


• Support with medication in line with training, competency assessments, and care plans


• Assist with meal preparation and hydration


• Support individuals to access the community, appointments, and activities


• Promote independence, dignity, and choice at all times


• Observe, record, and report changes in health or well\-being


• Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly


• Maintain accurate daily records using company systems


• Carry out light domestic tasks related to the person’s care

Requirements

• Previous experience in care or support work


• A caring, patient, and respectful approach


• Good communication skills and ability to follow care plans


• Willingness to complete mandatory training and ongoing development


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends


• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable (depending on role)


• Enhanced DBS check required

Pay: £12\.80\-£13\.00 per hour
