Support Worker
The need for care has never been in such high demand. We are looking for new team members to join our existing small team of caring professionals.
Outcome Care and Support provides care to people within their own homes on a daily basis. The support we provide includes assisting with personal care, assistance with medication, assisting with light duties around the home, offering companionship and assisting with shopping.
We are offering part time positions. A full driving licence would be a strong advantage.
Skills we require include:
\* Strong communication skills \- verbal and written
\* Strong interpersonal skills
\* Strong organisation / time management skills
\* To be Client focused
\* To be self motivated and able to work with the minimum of supervision
\* To work as part of a team

Mileage Allowance will be client to client \-0\.40 p/mile
