We’re looking for warm, reliable Support Workers who bring kindness, positivity and a sense of fun to their work. You’ll be joining our dedicated, long‑standing team providing high‑quality domiciliary support to adults with learning disabilities across our three supported living homes.

Duties

• Supporting daily living\- from personal care to household tasks


• Encouraging independence\- empowering people to live life their way.


• Getting involved in the fun activities \- outings, hobbies, supporting client holidays and meaningful moments.


• Providing emotional and practical support \- being a steady, positive presence.

Skills

• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities


• Strong mentoring abilities with a passion for supporting young people’s development


• Excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with young adults, families, and colleagues


• Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and proactive in challenging situations


• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and protection policies


• Enthusiastic team player committed to creating a positive impact on adults with learning disabilities' lives


• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health \& Social Care is desirable; however, this is not essential as we offer full support to complete the qualification while in post.

Pay: £26,436\.80\-£27,040\.00 per year
