Support Worker – Motherwell, Wishaw \& Bellshill (Drivers only)

Location: Motherwell, Wishaw \& Bellshill
Hours: Full\-time \- 24 hours per week \- Various shifts available
Salary:

*Dayshift* \= £13\.45

*Nightshift* \= £13\.55

Driving Licence: UK licence \- *Must be able to drive both manual \& automatic.*

What You’ll Do:

• Supporting a person 1:1 in their home


• Provide personal and clinical care


• Assist with medication, housing needs, appointments, and daily routines


• Encourage social participation and independence

Whether it’s helping someone feel confident in their own home or supporting them at a community event, you’ll play a vital role in helping people feel safe, empowered, and connected.

This role can involve lone working, with on\-call support available 24 hours a day.

Experience is not essential — we provide a full induction and ongoing training. What matters most is your ability to connect with people, your empathy, and your commitment to helping others.

You’ll Need:

• UK Driving Licence and *ability to drive both automatic and manual cars*


• Access to your own car would be advantageous


• Flexibility to work shift patterns (day, evening, or weekend)
