Location: LE12 Area
Shifts: Day \& Night Shifts Available
Pay Rate: £12\.71 per hour
Contract: Full time – Permanent

As a Support worker, you role will include:
- Providing person\-centred support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting with daily routines, personal care and independence
- Working with positive behaviour support strategies
- Supporting with diabetes management (full training provided if needed)
- Encouraging and participating in activities such as bike riding, walks and community access
- Promoting social inclusion and building confidence
- Keeping accurate records and working closely with the wider care team
- Someone who is experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism
- Confident supporting behaviours that may challenge
- Ideally based locally to LE12
- A proactive, energetic personality – someone who enjoys being out and about
- A genuine passion for delivering high\-quality care and building relationships
