Following their latest successful CQC inspection, the now *Outstanding* Killelea offers adult rehabilitation for those who have suffered a health condition and are well enough to leave hospital but may not be ready to live independently again at their own home.
About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals through their rehabilitation journey. This is a dynamic environment where individuals’ needs can change daily, meaning flexibility, empathy, and strong communication skills are essential.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support customers with their recovery, daytoday activities, and personal goals, helping them move towards a more independent lifestyle.
Hours:
34\.5 hours per week \- day shifts (08:00am\-8:00pm), you must be able to work every other weekend and your rotas will be provided 4 weeks in advance.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing personcentred care and rehabilitation support
- Assisting individuals with daily living tasks and personal care where required
- Supporting customers to work towards independence and personal goals
- Adapting support as individuals’ needs change
- Encouraging choice, dignity, and independence
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and health professionals
- Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
- Ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times
We’re looking for someone who:
- Understands rehabilitation and the changing nature of customer needs
- Communicates clearly and compassionately
- Is flexible, patient, and resilient
- Values dignity, respect, and individuality
- Has experience in care or personal experience caring for family or friends (we value personal qualities over formal experience)
- Is willing to learn, develop, and work as part of a team
- Competitive hourly rate of £13\.68
