Support Worker
Location: St Ann's Hill, Nottingham NG3 4LA
Hours: Full\-time – 35 hours per week (Monday to Sunday, rota basis)
Pay: £12\.71 – £13\.21 per hour (depending on qualifications)
About the Service
Blenheim is a 9\-bed residential service supporting adult males with mental health, learning disabilities and autism. The service provides a safe, structured and person\-centred environment where individuals are supported to build independence, develop daily living skills, and achieve their personal goals.
People we support enjoy a range of activities within the service and in the community, including walking in the park, playing golf, gardening and decorating, helping them to stay engaged, active and connected.
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, ABI, and mental health needs to live life their way.
You’ll:
- Support independence and personal goals
- Deliver high\-quality, person\-centred care
- Assist with daily life activities, for example cooking, shopping and social outings
- Provide personal care and support with health and wellbeing
- Follow clear processes and individual care plans to ensure we provide safe and consistent support

- Entry Level – £12\.71 per hour
- NVQ Level 2 completed – £12\.96 per hour
- NVQ Level 3 completed – £13\.21 per hour
Essential:
- A caring, positive and reliable attitude

- Willingness to learn and grow
- NVQ Level 2 (or above) in Social Care
- Previous care experience
- Basic IT skills
