Job Type: Zero Hours Contract

​CR Home Support is looking for a reliable Support Worker to join our growing community care team.

​Requirements:

  • ​Full UK driving licence and access to a personal vehicle (Essential)

  • ​Valid DBS certificate (or willing to undergo one)

  • ​Caring, compassionate, and reliable nature

  • ​Good written and verbal communication skills

  • ​Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

​Responsibilities:
  • ​Supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes

  • ​Assisting with daily living tasks, meal preparation, and medication support

  • ​Providing companionship and emotional support

  • ​Supporting clients to attend appointments and access the community

Pay: From £12\.21 per hour

Work Location: On the road
