Support Worker/HCA/Domestic assistant

At least one years of Experience in Mental health and challenging behaviour sector in the UK.

Variable shift pattern \- Day and Night shifts.

• Previous experience in a care setting is essential.


• You should have excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for providing high\-quality, compassionate care.


• You must be flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs and daily routines of our residents.


• You should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.


• A positive attitude, patience, willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering person\-centred care are essential.
