Support Worker – Adult Services (CQC) – Neston

The Role

You will join a consistent team supporting adults within a structured residential setting.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting individuals with daily living skills

  • Promoting independence and personal choice

  • Encouraging community engagement

  • Following structured care plans and risk assessments

  • Maintaining accurate, professional documentation

  • Working collaboratively with families and external professionals
This role requires patience, emotional regulation and a respectful, person\-centred approach.

Pay \& Recognition

  • £13\.50 \- £14\.00 per hour (40 hours a week) plus sleep in allowance

  • Performance and recognition bonuses available
