At Embrace Care, we deliver structured, therapeutic residential care for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.

The role

You will join a consistent core team within a small 3\-bed home.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering structured daily routines


• Supporting education attendance and independence


• Managing behaviours using agreed therapeutic strategies


• Maintaining professional boundaries


• Completing accurate, high\-quality documentation


• Working closely with leadership and therapeutic support

This role requires emotional regulation, accountability and confidence in managing complex behaviours safely.

It is hands\-on, structured and professionally led.

Pay \& Recognition

• £13\.50 \- £14\.00 per hour


• Paid sleep\-ins


• Up to £750 Ofsted Bonus

Loyalty Bonus

We reward long\-term stability:

• £1,000 in Year 2


• £1,500 in Year 3


• Increasing annually thereafter


• Up to £10,000 paid over 10 years

Who we’re looking for

We are ideally seeking candidates with experience in children’s residential care, youth work or a related environment.

You will bring:

• A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)

We are selective because our young people deserve experienced, stable adults around them.
