At Embrace Care, we deliver structured, therapeutic residential care for children and young people with social, emotional and mental health needs.
We operate differently to high\-turnover, agency\-reliant services.

The role
You will join a consistent core team within a small 3\-bed home.
Your responsibilities include:
- Delivering structured daily routines
- Supporting education attendance and independence
- Managing behaviours using agreed therapeutic strategies
- Maintaining professional boundaries
- Completing accurate, high\-quality documentation
- Working closely with leadership and therapeutic support
It is hands\-on, structured and professionally led.
Pay \& Recognition
- £13\.50 \- £14\.00 per hour
- Paid sleep\-ins
- Up to £750 Ofsted Bonus
We reward long\-term stability:
- £1,000 in Year 2
- £1,500 in Year 3
- Increasing annually thereafter
- Up to £10,000 paid over 10 years
Additional commitment is recognised through enhanced overtime rewards and bonus payments

Development
- Structured induction
- Fully funded Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (if required)
- Ongoing therapeutic training

Who we’re looking for
We are ideally seeking candidates with experience in children’s residential care, youth work or a related environment.
You will bring:
- Emotional resilience
- A calm and consistent approach
- Confidence managing behaviours safely
- Professional integrity
- A long\-term mindset
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least 12 months)
