What You'll Be Doing
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping children feel safe, supported and valued every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a warm, stable and nurturing home environment
- Supporting children with daily routines, education and life skills
- Building positive and trusting relationships
- Managing challenging behaviours using therapeutic approaches
- Encouraging independence, confidence and personal development
- Working closely with colleagues, families and external professionals
- Completing accurate records and reports
- Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children at all times

About You
- We're looking for individuals who are:

- Patient, caring and consistent in their approach
- Confident managing challenging behaviours safely
- Professional, reliable and committed to safeguarding
- Looking for a long\-term career rather than simply a job
- Essential Requirements
- Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable individuals
- Full UK Driving Licence (held for at least 12 months)
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and sleep\-ins
- Commitment to completing relevant qualifications and training
