We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working full time, 42 hours per week, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Redmarley.
Redmarley is a specialist residential service with nursing, designed to support people with mental health conditions and other complex needs. Our nurse\-led team provides a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic home environment. We empower people to achieve their personal goals and live fulfilling lives.
Your day\-to\-day…
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
- Provide guidance \& encouragement through physical \& emotional support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs \& provide help in the most appropriate way
- Assist with medical \& welfare needs
- Report on medical \& welfare needs as required
- Safeguard
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
- £13\.25ph increasing to £13\.45ph after 3 months service
- Flexible working with the opportunity for overtime
