SIS is recruiting compassionate and committed Support Workers to join a newly established complex care service in Macclesfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a professional multi\-disciplinary team delivering high\-quality support to individuals with complex mental health needs within a purpose\-built care environment.

The Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Work collaboratively within a multi\-disciplinary team
- Support individuals with complex and enhanced mental health needs
- Safely and confidently manage behaviours that may challenge, including forensic\-related behaviours
- Encourage independence through a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach
- Support individuals in developing everyday living skills within a safe and structured environment
- Day shifts
- Part\-time hours
- Bank shifts

This service supports individuals transitioning from long\-term secure placements, rehabilitation settings, and forensic environments. For many people, this will be an important step towards semi\-independent living and rebuilding confidence within the community.

What We’re Looking For
- Level 2 Health \& Social Care qualification, or willingness to work towards this
- Experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
- A caring, proactive, and person\-centred approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Motivated, adaptable, and empathetic individuals with a genuine passion for supporting others
- Creativity and initiative within a care environment
