About the role
You’ll play a key role in supporting an individual to live as independently as possible, helping with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, budgeting, and accessing community activities. This is a one\-to\-one role, supporting an individual living in their own bungalow, allowing you to build a meaningful and rewarding working relationship.
While experience or an interest in mental health would be beneficial, full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you succeed and develop in the role.
Please note, the individual is a heavy smoker, however the property is equipped with air purifiers to support a comfortable working environment.
Key Duties will Involve:
- Supporting with individuals’ hobbies and activities.
- Providing person\-centered support for daily needs
- Supporting dietary needs and food preparation.
- Offering emotional support.
- Completing cleaning and administrative tasks.
- Administering and managing medication.
- Monitoring individual medication stocks and finances.

- £25,877 (£13\.45 per hour)
- Sleep\-in rate: £62\.64 per 8 hour shift \- approx. 1 per week.
- Waking night rate: 20% Enhancement from 11pm to 7am
- Enhanced DBS which we will pay for
