About the role

Contract Type: Permanent, Part\-time

Scheme: Woodlands, Telford

Hours: 12 hrs per week \- Every Saturday 08:30am \- 08:30pm

As a Support Worker, you’ll be part of a team that puts people first—whether that’s conducting welfare checks, coordinating with external agencies, or simply being a trusted presence in someone’s life. You’ll need to be proactive, compassionate, and confident navigating safeguarding concerns and multi\-agency environments.

We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for authenticity, resilience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

What you’ll bring:

• A natural ability to build trust and rapport with people from all walks of life.


• Confidence in handling sensitive situations, including safeguarding and welfare concerns.


• Experience (or a strong interest) in supporting individuals with complex needs.


• A collaborative mindset—comfortable working with social workers, health professionals, and other agencies.


• A commitment to keeping accurate records and delivering high\-quality support.
