Approvez Medi\-Care Ltd is recruiting Support Care Workers to provide person\-centred care and support to individuals across Hackney. The role involves supporting people to maintain their independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support individuals with daily living activities and personal care where required.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
- Support individuals with meals, medication and everyday activities in line with their care plans.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Observe and report any changes or concerns appropriately.
- Maintain accurate care records and follow company policies and procedures.
- Caring, reliable and respectful.
- Good communication skills.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Training will be provided to suitable candidates.
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, evenings and nights.
Location: Across Hackney, London
Pay: £13\.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16\.0 – 40\.0 per week
