In this role, you will lead a high\-performing team responsible for analysing sales signals and managing supply to meet product demand across the EMEIA region (Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa). You’ll play a critical role in optimising inventory, supporting new product introductions, and maximising sales performance.

Description

We’re looking for an ambitious, highly motivated leader who thrives in a fast\-paced environment and can drive impact quickly. This role reports directly to an SDM Line of Business (LOB) Lead across one of Apple’s product portfolios, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch, Vision, or Accessories. You will lead all aspects of Supply and Demand Management and be responsible for analysing Demand and securing Supply to support all of Apple’s Routes to Market in the EMEIA region; Apple’s Online Store, Apple’s Retail Chain and also Apple’s wider Reseller Channel. ","responsibilities":"Lead, mentor and develop a team of highly qualified professionals.

Analyse forecasted demand, inventory, and sell through to develop and lead weekly and quarterly supply plans. Results should meet Apple’s quarterly financial revenue plans, while achieving key order cycle time goals and minimising finished goods liability.

Evaluate risks to the plan and implement contingency plans to mitigate. Analyse product order bookings, backlog, and billings daily. Identify problem areas, and drive appropriate functional groups to correct.

Ensure supply plans support the direct channels (online \&retail stores) and channel weekly sell through, while maintaining appropriate inventory levels.

Coordinate with multiple internal teams to set launch quantities and ensure smooth product transitions to ensure minimal E\&O and appropriate inventory balance across countries.

Improve product planning processes. Identify improvement opportunities, allocate resources and drive projects to completion to achieve targeted measurable benefits.

Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on capital projects and business improvement initiatives.

Critical focus on the customer experience around supply planning for each of the channels of business (Reseller, Online and Stores).

Preferred Qualifications

Masters/Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Maths, Economics, Data Science \& Analytics, or a related field is preferred. However, relevant experience in a similar role is also highly valued.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities, adept at leveraging data and tools to drive informed decisions.

Exceptional communication skills, capable of building and nurturing positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Self\-driven and results\-oriented, demonstrating high initiative and a strong sense of accountability.

Skilled in presenting complex analytics to executive audiences, making data\-driven insights accessible and actionable.

Demonstrated strong leadership including but not limited to experience managing teams and supply chain process.

Previous leadership skills including experience leading teams and supply chain process initiatives.

Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem\-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment

Strong analytical skills, with a keen eye for business and passionate about consumer focus.

Known to work in setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent prioritisation skills

Detail oriented
