About the Role
As Supply Chain Strategy \& Business Development Manager, you will support the Supply Chain Leadership Team in driving Essity's transformation agenda and strategic priorities. This role combines strategy, project leadership, and executive support, offering a unique opportunity to influence key decisions across our global Supply Chain organization.
What You Will Do
- Strategy \& Transformation: Support the development and deployment of Essity's Supply Chain strategy and lead key transformation initiatives.
- Strategic Projects: Manage and drive high\-priority projects and programs that strengthen supply chain performance, resilience, sustainability, service, and cost competitiveness.
- Business Insights \& Performance: Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, develop KPIs, and provide recommendations that support decision\-making at senior leadership level.
- Governance \& Execution: Track strategic initiatives, monitor progress against action plans, and ensure visibility of risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Leadership Support: Coordinate leadership planning processes, business reviews, performance follow\-ups, and regular operating rhythms.
- Stakeholder Management \& Communication: Prepare strategic communication materials, facilitate leadership meetings, and collaborate across Business Units and functions to drive alignment and execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute actively to enhancing ways of working, processes, and organizational effectiveness within the Supply Chain function.
- University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- 8\-10 years of relevant experience within Supply Chain, ideally gained in both an industrial company and a consulting environment.
- Strong business acumen combined with excellent analytical capabilities and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and programs in international and matrix organizations; project management certification is an advantage.
- A collaborative and influential communicator who thrives in ambiguity, manages multiple priorities effectively, and builds strong relationships based on trust and credibility.
