Supply Chain Site & Customer Service Administrator

Your Mission at Elis As our Supply Chain Customer Service & Site Administrator, you’ll play a key part in keeping the site running smoothly. From supporting HR and health & safety activities to helping the customer service team during busy periods, no two days will be the same.
You’ll be at the centre of site operations—supporting colleagues and helping create a well-organised, engaging workplace.
Site & Office Administration
- Managing office supplies and placing orders
- Organising site events and engagement activities
- Acting as the main contact for site facilities (cleaning, maintenance, etc.)
- Maintaining site documentation and records
- Supporting HR processes such as: • New starter administration and inductions
- Return-to-work documentation
- Recruitment requests
- Taking notes in HR meetings
- Supporting order entry and processing
- Maintaining system data
- Helping the team manage workflow and priorities
- Taking minutes in H&S meetings
- Supporting documentation and follow-up actions
