*As* *Supply Chain Project Management Specialist**VIE* *within our Supply Chain Project \& Business Excellence team, you’ll support managing the pipeline of the projects and deliver them as per the business expectations, in budget, ensuring value realization and in adherence to the standards.*
*This position is to cover the full Customer Fulfillment scope; leading initiatives related to projects that are relate to Customer Fulfillment activities and transversal into the organization.*

Main responsibilities:
- Lead projects related to Customer Fulfillment stream to be implement in the countries as defined in a global level.
- Take accountability and lead efficiencies assessments and solution implementation.
- Bring to discussion ideas and solution to improve Customer Fulfillment Projects.
- Analyzing the risks implementation and creating solutions.
- Be accountable of connect all dots and act as a liaison among stakeholders.
- Understand the countries best practices to share with the markets the opportunities to continuous improvement.
- Planning projects with team members and higher\-level professionals, Extreme discipline on process documentation / standardization / execution to drive critical improvement changes.
- Be accountable and empowered to lead challenges in the projects implementation.
Experience:
- Previous experience in and knowledge of Supply Chain, Commercial and Marketing Processes, Continuous improvement (LEAN and Agile Methodology), SC Tools and Digital transformation.
- Advanced communication, problem\-solving, presentation and influencing skills.
- Adaptability and capacity to work transversally.
- Agile and holistic thinking, proactiveness.
- Creativity and innovation, digital mindset.
- Empowerment and accountability.
- Advanced project management skills, with the mindset focused on the process.
- Ability to conduct data\-driven analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of MS tools (especially Excel), Power BI and similar tools.
- Master’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Customer Care Management, Digital or similar field.
- Advanced English knowledge, Spanish and French would only be a plus.
