Supply Chain Order Coordinator

This role is required to provide front\-line support to the Supply Chain, Planning \& the Buying team, with the supervision of the inbound and outbound traffic, managing the buying and delivery process of goods or services and the placement and delivery of purchase orders.

Key Responsibilities:

· Control and coordinate the internal booking in process, with hauliers, suppliers and depots.

· Update and manage quotations on the business MRP system.

· Maintain and process the POR system daily, liaising with suppliers to ensure all orders are received into the business as required.

· Manage the supplier non arrival/shortage report for all depots.

· Collate supplier performance data into presentation format for buyers.

· Management of missing CMR/dispatch notes for Operational Accounts.

· Collate supplier performance data into presentation format for buyers.

· Coordinate contract beef allocations.

· Maintaining Specification/Non conformance claim spreadsheet

· Supporting departments on claims, short weights, contract confirmations and communicating said data out to the wider business, where required.

· Maintain and monitor the external returnable equipment at all depots and ensure the equipment is reconciled, returned in a timely manner and agreed with the supplier.

· Tosca returnable tray stock management.

· Support the Supply Chain Stock Control Team Leader to drive a can\-do approach and help to build a strong team ethos.

Suitable candidates should have:

· Excellent communication skills when dealing with internal and external personnel

· Precise attention to detail

· Knowledge and experience of the Microsoft office suite especially excel

· Able to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast\-paced environment
