The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement, supply chain and logistics within the FMCG industry. This role, based in Woking, involves ensuring efficient processes and optimal resource utilisation to meet organisational goals.

Description

• Manage end-to-end supply chain: procurement, supply & demand planning, S&OP, inventory management, and Logistics/3PLs.


• Develop and implement strategies to optimise supply chain operations.


• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery.


• Monitor and analyse supply chain performance to identify areas for improvement.


• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.


• Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.


• Oversee planning and cost management within the supply chain department.


• Provide leadership and guidance to the supply chain team to achieve departmental objectives.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Manager should have:

• Proven experience in supply chain management in the Food & Beverages industry.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.


• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.


• A solid understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.


• The ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
