What will you do?* Assist the Global Logistics Manager in coordinating priorities, addressing bottlenecks, and managing critical operational issues in a dynamic environment.
- Monitor key logistics performance indicators, identify improvement areas, and support the implementation of corrective actions.
- Support logistics audits and contribute to the identification and closure of process gaps across Group plants.
- Collaborate with Finance and cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment on flows, priorities, and operational impacts.
- Support global logistics initiatives, including process standardization, training activities, and continuous improvement projects.
- Manage urgent operational situations (“firefighting”) ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Support customer and Sales Key Account interactions on critical logistics topics (e.g. missed deliveries, pipeline management).
- Understanding of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) standards.
- Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
- Basic knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental rules and practices.
- Familiarity with plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, or IM) is a plus.
- Proficiency in English.
- Accountability, Problem\-Solving, Resilience and Passion, Team Play, Leadership.
- Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics, or a related field in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, preferably in an FMCG company.
- Hands\-on experience in a global industrial company.
