The Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Supply Chain \& Customer Service Coordinator to join our busy UK team based in Bedford.
This varied role plays an important part in supporting both business operations and customer relationships. You will coordinate import shipments across the UK and EU, manage delivery schedules, liaise with factories and monitor shipments to ensure goods arrive efficiently and on time. Alongside this, you’ll provide outstanding support to our UK bridal retailers, acting as a key point of contact and helping maintain strong customer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate UK and EU import shipments, ensuring all information is accurate and updated within the ERP system
- Maintain purchase orders with current shipment departure and arrival dates
- Monitor weekly booking reports, track shipment progress, and escalate delays or issues where necessary
- Work closely with Operations, Production, and Sales teams to align delivery schedules with business requirements
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process customer orders and maintain accurate customer records
- Represent the brand at UK bridal trade shows and exhibitions, supporting the launch of new collections
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience coordinating international shipments
- Confident using ERP systems (training provided)
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Proactive, team\-oriented, and solutions focused
- Previous B2B customer service experience is beneficial
- Willing to travel within the UK to attend trade shows and exhibitions as required
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£29,000\.00 per year
