Job Summary:

*Euro Foods UK Ltd* is a food production factory whereby we repackage and process raw goods for mainstream retail outlets and major distributors. The position of Supply Chain Controller involves a range of responsibilities focused on managing various aspects of the supply chain process within the company. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

  • Invoicing customers for goods to be released for delivery and ensuring mass balance is completed on Raw materials.

  • Raise purchase orders to buy packaging and raw produce goods for production.

  • Day\-to\-day production operational logging – mass balance of incoming material to finished goods, operational waste reporting.

  • Assist with production planning and forecasting to meet sales requirements.

  • Provide our customers with quotes for new products, existing products, and ensuring current costings are up to date with any raw material price changes.

  • Liaise with cross functional departments for all aspects of production, this includes, warehouse, production management, finance, sales, technical and purchasing.

  • Liaise with our customers regarding their purchased products.

  • Daily and weekly reporting on stocks and sales.

  • Stock checks of packaging.

  • Co\-ordinating delivery and despatch of goods.

  • Liaise with suppliers on lead times and costs.

  • Sourcing of new suppliers and products.

  • Maintain approved supplier list details and assist to technical team during audits and visits.

  • Playing key role in production planning meetings and forecasting.

  • Maintain UpToDate production records to analyse and report KPI related to different production departments.
Requirements:
  • Good understanding of SAGE 1000\.

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Work Authorisation:
  • Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom

Schedule:
  • Monday\-Friday, 0900\-1700\.

  • Office based.

  • 28 days holiday incl. bank holidays.
