As a Supply Chain Analyst at Arvato in Echt, Limburg you'll work at the intersection of Supply Chain, Transportation, and Customer Service for our operation. You will identify opportunities, investigate root causes, and drive improvements that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and transport performance.

YOUR TASKS

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you transform operational data into actionable insights. You monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and work closely with internal teams, carriers, and customers to improve processes and service levels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Analyzing supply chain, transportation, and customer performance data;


• Developing and improving reports, dashboards, and KPIs;


• Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities;


• Investigating recurring issues such as delivery delays, damages, claims, and customer performance challenges;


• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data\-driven recommendations.

You will become part of a newly established Supply Chain Management team supporting the business. Working closely with Operations, Transportation, Customer Service, and external partners, you'll play an important role in shaping how performance insights drive business decisions.

YOUR PROFILE

We're looking for a curious and analytical professional who enjoys using data to improve business performance.

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or Analytics;


• Experience working with reporting, KPIs, and data analysis;


• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience is a plus;


• Excellent communication skills in English;


• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
