A dynamic role combining commercial, strategic, and relationship\-focused responsibilities. No two days are the same, you’ll balance revenue\-driven activity, supplier engagement, reporting, and internal collaboration to support the growth of the Insights and Retail Media function.

Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Partnerships Executive – Insights \& Retail Media to support the commercialisation growth of our Insights and Retail Media.

This role will play a key part in driving revenue, managing supplier relationships, and commercialising data\-led solutions across our intelligence platforms and bespoke insight projects.

You will report to the Commercial Strategy \& Partnerships Manager (Insights \& Retail Media) to support administrative processes, develop and manage the commercial pipeline, identify opportunities, and help deliver against ambitious income targets.

Support revenue growth across Insights and Retail Media through effective pipeline management and supplier engagement

Assist in managing commercial opportunities from initial conversation through to delivery

Maintain accurate reporting and financial processes, including invoicing and budget tracking

Support onboarding and delivery of data platforms

Work cross\-functionally with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects

Use data and reporting to identify opportunities, risks, and performance trends

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring a high standard of delivery

Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

This job is a good fit for you if you;

Have 1–3 years’ experience in sales, account management, partnerships, or a related commercial role

Are looking to step into a more revenue\-driven, commercial position

Want to develop negotiation, client ownership, and commercial strategy skills

Have an interest in Insights and Retail Media (experience in retail, FMCG, data, or media is beneficial but not essential)

Are comfortable working with clients and contributing to revenue targets and growth

What you’ll need:

A strong commercial mindset with an interest in revenue and growth

Confidence working with data, reporting, and performance metrics

Ability to support pricing, pipeline management, and opportunity identification

Excellent time management in meeting deadlines and prioritising follow\-up actions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail

A proactive, ownership\-driven approach to work

Ability to operate in a fast\-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities

A solution\-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and develop”
