• Supplier management and supplier categorization, including the maintenance, evaluation, and further development of the supplier base in accordance with global standards, as well as the management of supplier categorization data.


• Building and further developing supplier capabilities and capacities to ensure long\-term supply reliability and adapt capacities to future business requirements.


• Capacity planning and coordination with purchasing, supply chain, and forecasting teams to identify demand trends early on and take appropriate action with suppliers.


• Identification, evaluation, and development of new suppliers, particularly in strategic or new regions, including support with their qualification and onboarding.


• Conducting and supporting supplier audits, as well as implementing measures to improve performance—particularly for underperforming suppliers—including risk assessment and follow\-up on improvement measures.


• Establishing, maintaining, and strengthening strategic supplier relationships, as well as providing support during escalations, emergency responses, problem\-solving, and negotiations to ensure a stable supply.


• Analysis, optimization, and strategic development of supplier management, including benchmarking, competitive analysis, contracts and framework agreements, internal process improvements, and digitalization and AI applications in procurement.


• Reisetätigkeit von ca. 40%

• Bachelor\-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet


• Erste bis mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Lieferantenmanagement, Supply Chain oder vergleichbarem


• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Lieferanten sowie in der Analyse und Verbesserung von Lieferantenleistung, Kapazitäten und Prozessen.


• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Problemlösungskompetenz, insbesondere in anspruchsvollen oder kritischen Situationen.


• Proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and data\-driven analysis


• Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Stakeholdern in einem internationalen Umfeld.


• Hohe Eigeninitiative, Reisebereitschaft sowie die Fähigkeit, Lieferantenentwicklungsmaßnahmen selbstständig vor Ort umzusetzen.


• Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Lieferantenaudits, Kapazitätsplanung oder Risikomanagement.


• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
